Assistant Director of EOP in Brockport, NY
SUNY Brockport seeks a transformational leader who is a change agent to serve as the Assistant Director for the EOP. The position reports to the EOP Director and has the overall responsibility to provide leadership and oversight with financial aid, recruitment & retention, registration/advising patterns and student mentoring. Have a vested interest to lead EOP student recruitment and retention efforts and action planning, communication plans, serve as primary liaison to Academic Affairs and be ready to provide differing yet sound perspectives to support the office. Should have knowledge and passion for working with students from diverse backgrounds and have in depth knowledge for opportunity programs. The Assistant Director will collaborate closely across all divisions at the university, especially Enrollment Management and Student Affairs units. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison to varying Enrollment Management – EM – departments such as, financial aid, registration and records and undergraduate admissions, academic success center – which houses Talon Academy & Success Initiatives, student accessibility. This individual should be eager to explore and implement creative student-centered solutions to achieve significant accomplishments in the fiscally challenging higher education environment. The Assistant Director of EOP will strive to help the University to reach enrollment goals.

The Career Coach will advance the mission of SUNY Brockport by developing, engaging, and building relationships with students, campus partners, and industry professionals who are aligned with the University’s strategic objectives, programs and initiatives. Career Coaches will serve an essential role in supporting students in connecting to resources, experiences, and opportunities which will enhance their Brockport education and prepare them for meaningful careers. In addition to individual career advisement, Career Coaches will also collaborate with campus partners to facilitate career readiness initiatives across campus, and with community partners to build and support off-campus opportunities. Financial Aid Loan Coordinator in Brockport, NY
SUNY Brockport is currently accepting applications for a Financial Aid Loan Coordinator. The primary purpose of the Financial Aid Loan Coordinator is to work with the Senior Financial Aid Advisor to assist and ensure compliance in all areas involving student loan programs. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating the financial aid purge process (exit counseling), performing default management and prevention activities and promoting financial literacy endeavors. This employee will also serve as the coordinator of the alternative loan programs. Some other key tasks will include assisting students and families in tasks related to the loan programs; i.e. completion of promissory notes and entrance counseling, process loan adjustments in the Student Information System. The person in this role will ensure that all necessary steps are taken and proper aid adjustments are made whenever a student separates from the institution in accordance with federal, state, and institutional guidelines. Part of this role also includes educating students on financial literacy and collaborate with various departments to implement and facilitate these endeavors.

Healthcare Lecturer - REOC - Practical Nursing in Rochester, NY
Under the direct supervision of the Practical Nursing Program Coordinator, the Healthcare Lecturer has the responsibility of teaching twenty contact hours per week, which includes classroom, lab, and clinical instruction. Other key job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: reviewing and planning course content and course information sheets; curriculum planning and review; lesson planning; evaluating and guiding student's learning experiences; participating in the selection of textbooks, course materials, and computer software; reporting job and college placements; engaging in academic advisement; attending REOC staff and Healthcare department meetings; participating in ongoing professional development; keeping four office hours per week; and serving on a minimum of two center-wide committees.
