Job Summary: SUNY Brockport is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Director of Procurement and Payment Services. The person in this role is responsible for assisting College faculty and staff in obtaining the goods and services that are required to perform their functions and ensuring that payments are made properly.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree by time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
• Two years of experience in procurement, contracting, sourcing, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment and
strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, public, college community and external constituencies, with an appreciation for cultural and group differences.
• Ability to work in a team environment, remaining attentive to ideas, recognizing responsibilities, and actively participating with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals.
• Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with procurement systems.
• Experience working in a higher education setting.

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8-4:30
Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary is $57,846, May be benefits eligible; more information at Careers@Brockport.  This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
