Job Summary: The Rochester Educational Opportunity Center (REOC) is currently accepting applications for a Videographer/Social Media Specialist. This position is responsible for producing engaging and compelling written and visual content for marketing and communication purposes. The chosen candidate will be a creative self-starter with a passion for excellence and a strong attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or related field, from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
• Proficient in video creation and editing, audio mixing, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage priorities across multiple channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
• Familiarity with social media management software.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Experience in higher education marketing.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary is $50,148. May be benefits eligible; more information at Careers@Brockport.  This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
