Job Summary: | SUNY Brockport invites applications for a Major Gift Officer in the Department of Advancement. The Major Gift Officer plays a critical role in the fundraising strategy, focusing on cultivating, soliciting, stewarding, and expanding relationships with prospects and donors from all constituent groups of the University who have the capacity to contribute gifts of $25,000+. The Major Gift Officer manages a portfolio of approximately 125-150 relationships comprised of prospects, donors, and friends of the university who have the capacity to make gifts at the major gift level. The Major Gift Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the moves management program for all assigned constituents with a goal of securing new major gifts in support of university fundraising priorities. |

Salary and Benefits: |
The minimum salary for this position is $82,971.
