Facilities Project Manager in Brockport, NY
The Associate Facilities Project Coordinator directs the execution of capital projects focusing on electrical and mechanical systems. This person will work with university facilities staff, administrators, faculty, students, contractors, the State University Construction Fund, and design professionals for the planning, design, procurement, oversight/inspection, coordination, and commissioning of university capital and small campus maintenance projects. The Associate Facilities Project Coordinator manages all aspects of capital projects for campus academic, residence halls, service buildings and for campus infrastructure; administers procurement of equipment and furnishings for facility outfitting; coordinates planning, design, and construction activities among: Architects and Engineers, state agencies, contractors, vendors, and university faculty and staff. The Associate Facilities Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Facilities Planning and Construction.

Summer 25 ASC Student Success Assistant in Brockport, NY
SUNY Brockport is currently accepting applications for two Student Success summer intern. The summer assistants are a part of the state-of-the-art Academic Success Center, which opened in 2017 in the heart of the SUNY Brockport campus. Working with a team of dedicated, student-centered professionals in the Center, the assistants will assist and support the Assistant Director in planning, implementing, executing and assessing various transition, new student, engagement and retention programs. Particular emphasis will be placed on work with Golden Eagle Orientation, new student and family engagement and student leadership training. Employment would begin May 29th, 2025, and continue until August 14th, 2025. • Serve on the planning team for Golden Eagle Orientation, First-Year and Academic Planning Seminar program planning, Peer Mentorship and other ASC-based student leadership and engagement initiatives (30%) o Associated tasks may include budgeting, designing marketing materials, presenting at information sessions, etc. • Assist in the onboarding and training of Golden Eagle Orientation Leaders and Student Orientation Coordinators (30%) • Work closely with the Assistant Director in the planning, implementation, execution and assessment of the Golden Eagle Orientation program for the Class of 2029 (30%) • Other administrative and representative duties as pertains to the responsibilities and activities described above (10%)

Assistant Professor - Dance (Tenure Track) in Brockport, NY
The Department of Dance is seeking a full-time tenure track faculty with expertise in the practice, education, and research of theatrical and American vernacular dance forms, to join the nationally recognized and diverse faculty and professional staff at SUNY Brockport. This position supports the department’s continuing development of the Jazz Dance; Dance for Film and Television, and Musical Theater and Tourism curriculums that serves as the bridge between SUNY Brockport’s rich Sankofa traditions and strong contemporary/modern dance legacy. Mentoring graduate and undergraduate student scholars in the research and creation of dance for media and stage is also a responsibility of this position. The successful candidate will be called upon teach in other movement and/or theory course to their area or interest/expertise, design new and innovative course work, create choreography for student and faculty concerts, support live and digital productions, build experiential learning experiences on and off campus, connect the department and the campus to the dance community beyond the university, and participate in shared governance throughout the campus.
